toucan pricing

To our entire Toucan community,

I am writing to let you know about a big step we are taking as a company. Starting at the end of this month, for the first time in our history, Toucan will be a paid platform.

A little over two years ago, we started building a place for groups to come together and have the conversations they want to have. Helping our users build meaningful relationships was, and still is, our primary objective. And speaking of meaningful relationships, we’re lucky to have gotten to know many of you; you have contributed greatly to the development of our platform.

Over time, we realized that, in order to keep providing the quality of service that you deserve, we need to begin charging to host on Toucan. We’re excited for this next chapter because it means that we will be able to put more resources into developing the features and services that you, our users, want most.  We’ll be able to accelerate and build the greatest, most dynamic, most natural online networking environment for all of your organizations and groups.

It is thanks to all of you that we have made it to this point, and it is with input from many of you that we came up with our different subscription tiers. We worked hard to ensure that there really is something for everyone. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can also find more information about the different tiers at www.toucan.events/pricing.

Since the very beginning, we have remained committed to helping certain organizations and initiatives that support young people and those in need - particularly when it comes to mental health. We will continue to do so by offering reduced subscription prices for schools, charities, and nonprofits. If you’re interested in learning more, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contact@toucan.events.

This is a giant stride for us and for our community, too. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every Toucan user - hosts and attendees - for helping us get to this point. We couldn’t do it without you, and we hope that we continue to make you proud by delivering the best virtual networking experience possible.

With gratitude,

Antonia Hellman
